Can I daisy chain 2 AB168s coming out of an AR2412?

No - the maximum number of cascaded or daisy-chained expanders running any A&H protocol is two.
The maximum number of channels on the dSnake protocol is 40x20 (+40 ME), which is reached with 1x AR2412 + 1x AB168.
