We currently us a 2x8 matrix on our L+R mains to run underbalcony, over balcony delays, recording feed, etc.

I am looking to also add some of our ambient room mics (which are two inputs) into the recording feed output only. Is there a way to bus the two recording mics AND the L+R to the stereo recording output matrix?

We used to do this on our analog console which had a matrix over the subgroups and mains.

can’t you use a stereo-group to assign the ambient mics to it and then use the recording matrix and route the LR & StereoGroup to it?
