AB168 Causing Reboot

Hey hive-mind…

I’ve got a Qu-24 and AB168 that are on the latest firmware and have been running fine. The past three weeks, whenever I connect the AB168 to the Qu-24 (using spec’d cables), the Qu-24 instantly starts a viscous reboot cycle and instantly stops the moment the etherCON connecting to the AB168 is unplugged. I’ve factory rest; re-installed the firmware; replaced all the cables; and even tried different power sources. All to no avail. Has anyone encountered this before? My guess is the AB168 needs servicing at minimum…

How old is the mixer and the AB168?
What version firmware did you install?
How long is the cable?

This is very strange and not something I’ve heard of before.
