# ACE connection

Hai. Yesterday my surface working fine. But today when i power up, there’s no blinking light at ACE module. Connection cannot establish between surface and mix-rack

Obviously something failed. You’ll have to test some things out to determine what. It might be the cable, or something in the Mixrack or Surface. You should also contact A&H support (through the main A&H website) and see if they have any suggestions.

Thanks for your reply. I think its more likely the surface problem. Because the led at ACE module not turn on at all.

Same problem here, did you find a solution? And I’ve got another problem as well, the idr32 mixrack doesn’t output anything. It does see input, and route internal signals correctly. But nothing comes out, neither on XLR out nor on Dante out.

@battistaj!, can you make a pc connection to the idr32 to verify configuration?  
Have you tried booting the idr as it came out of the box with no network wiring connected, dante card removed, etc… I’m thinking of any peripheral connection that could be preventing it from booting.

Potential last ditch option would be a factory reset but that would mean re-configuring it when done.
