Would it be possible to add insert points to the FX busses similar to what the mixes have?
My use case would be using Live Professor for reverbs and delays, and rather than using one of the 12 mixes which I tend to use up between monitor sends and groups, it would be great if I could use the FX busses as sends to live professor either by using inserts or be able to patch the output of the FX bus to usb and return on empty channels.
Not sure if it’s possible with the hardware in the normal SQ but it would be great to have. Thanks
Regardless of a potential end of support for the “SQ-” series, why not simply try the following workaround:
In your desired FX engine, use an FX that ideally produces no audible effect, and patch its Return to your USB.
A delay with the following settings seems most suitable to me.
It should only generate a additional delay of 5 ms, which may well be negligible in your specific use case.

I would also like to use the 4 FX send busses with external FX in Live Professor so it would be nice if just the 4 FX busses are patchable (either via USB or External Card).
That way the 8 RackFX Extra (and their dedicated returns) remain free for other things.
