Add a new MIDI message to toggle the In button of an inserted FX:

Cannot mute/unmute FX using MIDI

There is no mute available for an inserted FX, that is why there is no. Midi command for it!
It is the same with the input and output levels, they are not active on inserted FX.

Nope, but there is In/Out and that is what I’m asking to control.

So is there any way to control effects via midi?

Sure, you can turn them on and off and tap their tempo by sending MIDI that presses a softkey, which in turn is configured to their. It’s just inserted FX that seems to have been forgotten when it comes to MIDI
