Add-On Activation Issue

Hi, I’m putting in a couple of add-ons into my SQ-7 and the desk isn’t recognizing one of serials.

I noticed in the licences section of my account that the desk’s serial number on this add-on doesn’t have a dash after the SQX7 - could this be the issue?

If so how do I fix it?

Did you enter your desk serial number and DNA EXACTLY as it is indicated on your SQ7. The codes are case sensitive.

Have you enteted the resultant code exactly as it is displayed?

When I did this, I got someone to double-check what I was doing.
