Still new to the QU-24
We have a very tricky Headset mic. On past boards I’ve been able to use an FX to add a 32 Band EQ to improve the clarity

You should be able to get what you need with the channel four band parametric eq.
If you need more eq you could assign that channel to a group, group outs have both the parametric and graphic eq’s on the output.
Remember if you assign a channel to a group you need to unassign that channel from the main LR mix if mix if the group is sending to main LR mix.

All said maybe the main system’s set up needs looked at some.

Yeah the room has been tunes very well. But I find the 4 band can’t get the problem spot without washing out the whole thing.

I’ll look at the group idea.

When you “washing out the whole thing” I assume you mean you need more specific frequency cuts.

You can adjust the width and frequency of the parametric eq bands.
