Another Ducker (project) + other features

Be kind  Following on from Vedeja’s MiniDuq project for IOS…This is where I got to with Android. Features working so far:

  1. Ducker - Video here - Select multiple duck channels and a trigger channel.

  2. FX Throw - Video in reply (if I can do that) - Punch in / out or fade in / out an FX Send from a selected channel into any of the four FX units

  3. Mute / Fade Groups - Tested and working, video to come. (4 automated fade groups, Instant Mute or fade to mute with selectable fade times in milliseconds)

  4. Gated FX return - Video Coming - (Use a channel as a trigger, snare for example. Upon trigger pop the FX return to 0dB or whatever preset dB level you choose and then fade out. Again fade down time selectable in milliseconds)

Control is via MIDI - monitoring levels is via watching for the specific channel input level packets.

Lots more to do on the interface and checking for bugs - i.e. currently can duck the same channel as being used for the trigger

Sorry about the music - needed something quick for testing. Real phone used here, not an emulator - just screen mirrored.

Now trying to think of anything useful to add to this…Latency does not seem to be an issue either, very low bandwidth for monitoring and control. Not stressing the phone CPU in any way either at this stage.
