Avantis Screen left screen issue

I am having an issue with one side of the console screens. After a few minutes of being on the left screen will get slightly darker than the right screen. If you go to the dimmer control that controls the brightness of the screens it will only control the right side.

We have tried using the dimmer control from both sides and get the same affect. Functionality seems to be fine other than the brightness being off and not responding to that control.

We got the Warranty RMA on fadders issue, but even before we shipped it out for repairs LEFT SCREEN STARTED DYING. Is our console a lemon? See photos attached. Had to resize the photos because of 1 meg size limit for attachments. Ridiculous.
