Hi!
My touch screen just shows the white start up page where you can go into Bios setup or boot order and after that the screen goes blank/black…
does anyone know if I can do something or if I need to call tech support?

Could be several things, but i’d suggest trying a firmware update on the touch screen, looks like either a hardware problem with the TS computer, or just that some of the software on it got damaged (unsafe shutdown, etc)

I once had a white screen at startup but no messages.
Was a problem with the backup battery CR20xx
Replaced it and had to enter BIOS setup to change screen resolution.(think 800x640)
Worked after that.
Only problem is that the battery is solderd to the SBC board.
You need some soldering skills. Connected leads with a battery holder so i can replace it easy next time.
