In your situation, it might also be helpful to reset the console (see pic).
This would eliminate all patching errors and you would have the Standard settings again.
This would allow you to connect your microphones and ST3 and try it out without having to try patching.
If you need the current state again, you can save it as a show before resetting.
And by the way, ST3 is a stereo input and not an aux out.
