I use a iPad for playback music on my SQ5 with the sq bracket. Would be nice to have the same on my CQ 18t.

How would you propose fixing it to the CQ?
Why not just get a free-standing tablet holder?
A bit more complicated but if it were me, I use my Rivnuts tool and install two on my CQ.
I don’t know the CQ; is there room for the rivnuts?
If you do this sort of work, take the piece you are drilling off the panel no matter how many screws are involved. You do not want metal shavings floating around in the electronics of you mixer,
Or use a free-standing stand :)
I know! I’m a bit obsessed with “doing it right” haha.
I installed one of these on my SQ to hold my MBP.
