C2500 Preamp Bypass

Hi ! New here, I work with a C2500, and i have to host a guy this week, who want another preamp (Avalon VTX) for one voice channel. Is it possible to shunt the preamp section ? Or the way is to keep the gain level to 0 dB ?

Yes, remove any preamp plugins from the channel, and connect the external preamp to the dLive. It will be treated very similarly to a line-level signal.

Keep an eye on the gain if the singer starts to adjust their external preamp.
