cable length

Hi

how can i achieve 120M cable to work between the surface and the mixrack?

I need the cable to be heavy duty so it will hold through a rough environment.

I thought of using ‘eurocable’ with 8 pairs, the that used in xlr’s multi cable.

any suggestions?

Neautrik Etherflex is pretty tough but if you want it to be tougher you could always use Pliosil braiding.

Here is a link to the recommended cables A&H have tested upto 120m with ACE.

The Etherflex is one of the more rugged cables we recommend.

Use Fibre Optic 550m in Multi-Mode can’t remember about single mode but I think it is about 7Km.
