Can´t register new SQ Waves Card

Hi girls and guys,

maybe any of you can help me. I wanted to register my newly acquired SQ Waves card here (https://www.waves.com/account/register) but after typing it in the field, it always says: invalid serial number…In order to download the Allen & Heath M-Waves software, you must first register your M-Waves card serial number.
What can I do?

Hi Andre,

I had the same problem today and I found out, that the number you need for the registration is not the serial number of the A&H module, it is the number (32 digits) on the white label that is fixed on top of one of the processors.

This helped me even though I’ve registered a waves card before. Oops.
