Can you have less vocal compression in Aux ears Mix than in LR?

I know it’s generally recommended to have less compression on the singer’s voice in the singers own ears mix, and more compression in the main LR mix.
Is this possible with the CQ channel compressor? I’m not seeing a way to do it.

looking at the Input Channel block diagram at the end of the manual, it’s not totally clear, but maybe the “Send source” out to the AUX busses is before the compressor- so no one hears any compression in the Aux mixes? Is that right?

and… answering my own question by further reviewing the manual- “Sends to Outputs 1-6 are sourced Post-PEQ (Pre-Comp) from Input channels. This means that the full dynamic range is heard by performers in monitors, and that the compressor on each input affects only the Main LR”.

I’m accustomed to being able to have some compression in the monitor mixes- just less than the mains - hence my original question. Seems like this isn’t possible with CQ. Is this true for other A&H mixers as well?
