Cannot connect Director and Mixrack with v1.85

I have just updated everything to 1.85 and now director and the mixrack will not connect. All the IP addressing is correct but it just hangs for a minute then fails to connect.

Anyone else experience this or have suggestions?

can you see the name of the mixrack?

Yes the mixrack name shows up with its default IP address

Do you have other network devices connected to the Surface/mixrack (for example, router)?
Try to connect by Network ports at both devices instead of GigaAce.

Reset the network adapters and rest everything which seems to have fixed it.
