Can't get SQ7 on network?

Can’t get SQ7 on network? We have an Ubiquiti enterprise networking infrastructure, functional DHCP. If I plug ANYTHING into the ethernet cable going to the SQ7… it just works. But not the SQ7. It will NOT hold a DHCP granted IP address. It shows up for a few seconds then drops of the network. If I set a static IP address, it shows up for a day or so, then dropped off the network, and will not reconnect. This is a wired connection, not WIFI, so this behavior is really odd. I have disabled any/all VLAN assignments, tagging, etc. Still no joy. I am truly at a loss why our SQ7 can’t stay connected and functional on a known good ethernet port/cable. Surely someone has seen this odd behavior? Any suggestions?

Any solutions?

First thing that comes to mind would be to check the lease times and any security in the network.
It would be easy to rule out or point to any problem at the SQ end by simple testing with another router or connecting directly to the network port (the SQ will self assign an address when set to DHCP and no address is assigned by a host).

Is the SQ marked as trusted in UniFi?
