Hello!
I was running a v scheck and suddenly my c1500 lost connection with the mixrack and after restarting a couple of times, it looks like the surface cannot see the mixrack anymore.
Tried network settings reset, tried setting reset (on the mixrack), different cables etc
call your reseller, sounds like something is broken
