Is it possible to have layout that is password locked for technial person when in kiosk mode?

Yes - you can use the Layout Manager page and then Edit Layout Settings per CC layout to limit a particular layout to a user.
These are the user accounts from the AHM. The text entry is case-sensitive so take care there.
User passwords are set on the AHM, and from the Config Options tab you can decide if you want the AHM to share the usernames that are available or not.

I have made two layouts and two diffrent users, kiosk and tech. But is there any way to easily switch between layout/users or can I make a log out button in the kiosk view?
I want to have a pin code for the tech view
also when I am in kiosk view the menu to log out is hidden
Your settings aren’t quite right there -
the left layout is set to be available to “Admin” and “tech” - the right layout is available to All users. This means that it would also show for Admin - you may need to make a third user called “Kiosk” or something else, for a logged out view.
To log in and out of layouts, swipe in from the top left corner and select log out. You’ll go back to the CC Login screen.
Passwords for each user are set from System Manager.
If you’d prefer to have a simple layout for “Kiosk” view but more settings for an advanced user, you can use the screensaver for this. The screensaver can be set so that it doesn’t exit on activity and you can therefore have a few simple controls on it.
Then, have an exit button and put all of your advanced settings in the other “main” layout. It would return to the screensaver after a short period of inactivity.
