i d love to be able to select multiple channels to adjust the channel delay (like all 10 drumchannels together)

Thats a neat idea, why do you need to delay all the drums? is it for stage depth?
please do not adjust your set; normal service will be resumed as soon as possible!
yes sir stage depht, doing it is specially in crap rooms (we have tons of em) makes a huge difference!

You could put up to 8 input channels into a gang and link the input Delay, although this limits you to only 8 input channels.
Another way would be to assign all of the drum channels to a Stereo Group and Delay the Stereo Group.
