I have searched extensively and followed many YouTube videos, manuals etc. No Joy. I want to connect an 8/16 ohm monitor to a Band Box output from a slider on the QU16? Very simple please instructions 
So that the onstage band can hear what they are mixing/ amplified. Can someone give me a rough idea please.
Of course, you cannot connect a passive speaker directly to your AB168.
You have to connect an power amplifier to it that you can use to operate your speaker.
Alternatively, you could use active speakers with a built-in power amplifier.

Many thanks, appreciated. Ok, I expected an amplifier with cab on the end of the output on the AB168. ON second layer down. The question is how do I output/connect the preamplified signal of the mixed channel to the AB168 from the Allen and Heath Qu16?
