Connection failed, DLive mixpad on iPad

Dlive c3500 is running v 1.63 rev 38182 and iPad is running 1.70 and the iPad sees the mix rack, but when I try to connect I’m getting a

Connection Failed
mixer version error

iPad iOS 12.0.1

Any ideas? Also tried with another iPad that was operational and same message without iOS update. Is there a admin password from the console need to authorize the DLive mixpad?

MixPad 1.7 won’t run with hardware running lower firmware revisions.
And at the moment, there is no way pack to a lower MixPad version. This is high on the wishlist from a lot of users to get solved.

Until then your only way is to update the hardware to 1.7+

Thank you all up and running! Customs came back on mixpad once we recalled a show and scene.

Updated to 1.7.1 with no issues. iPad must have auto updated!
