I encountered a connectivity issue with my CQ-20B mixer during a live event last night. Midway through the performance, the mixer suddenly became difficult to connect to, showing the error in the attached image. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to re-establish the connection until I restarted the mixer.
Unfortunately, restarting the unit caused my SD card recordings to become corrupted.
Could you please advise on the possible cause of this issue and any recommended troubleshooting steps to prevent future occurrences?
