Hi, just bought a new CQ18T user and I can’t connect via Bluetooth and wifi. The CQ screen keeps starting up forever. “Bluetooth initialising…”. And it stays there. The same thing happens with the network. I tried resetting and reinstalling the firmware, but nothing worked. I have the latest 1.2.1 r4213. Any solution? I’ve been an Allen Heath user for years, and this has disappointed me
i have generally had good luck with bluetooth on my CQ 18t, but this weekend I had exactly that problem… just stayed on “bluetoothe initiailising”… unfortunately everything was powered up and I was afraid to restart during the gig. Hopefully someone posts a fix.. thanks!
Unfortunately there’s no fix for this issue yet.
Best is to shut down and power up your mixer until the green light next to the network connection is lit up.
As long as the green light is off, network connections will not work.
Anche a me il BT spesso non funziona, mentre il WiFi (5ghz) funziona. Dopo alcuni tentativi riesce a collegarsi e finché non lo scollego funziona. Una volta scollegato il dispositivo si torna daccapo.
