# Console lights Flashing rapidly

Hi everyone,

Our ilive t112 just started to recently struggle starting up. When we turn it on, all the lights on the console start flashing rapidly, like a strobe effect. It stays flashing for a long time. The screen boots up like normal and eventually says that it can not connect to the mix rack. I have restarted the surface and it randomly started up. but once i turn it off again it goes back to the strobing effect.

Just before covid I replaced the battery for the touchscreen because we had the white screen and it has worked. I’m wondering if that may be the issue for the the surface.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Also, if my search abilities weren’t any good, please lead me in the right direction.

Our ilive t112 recently started to turn off by itself and then turn back on but the screen stays off. What can it be?
