Console Won't Load Show

Hi!

So here’s my problem:

I have made many show files for different setups, and in the editor (for mac) it works great. But when I want to load the file into the console, nothing happens… It finds the file, but then it doesen’t seem do do anything…

Do you have any idea how what’s the sollution to my problem?

Both editor and console is edition 1.71

Hi Mats,

are you transfering with a usb key to the surface…?

and when you select the “show” file and press “recall show” nothing happens??

And my files are pretty big… 2,6 mb… Is this normal?

Well… I found a sollution. :smiley:

I loaded the show file in windows editor instead of mac editor and saved it again. Now it works… Bug in the mac editor? And I was using “Parallels Desktop” for the windows editor by the way.

Your show size is not excessively big this may be part of the problem. Prease attach a copy of your new and original show files to your E-mail to Technical Support along with a detailed description of the problem.

Hi. I have been in contact with Technical Support, and it have worked out fine. Seems like theres something wrong with my editor in mac… 'cause when I use the editor in windows everything works great… This isn’t a problem at all actually as I’m running windows for most other console edtirors anyway! :smiley:

Hard to say… I’m gonna do a little troubleshooting with another mac with the same editor. I’ll answer when I’ve done some testing.

But i think it’s only a problem on my mac, and something went wrong when installing it or whatever. Since I haven’t heard anything else, I assume the editor works ok for the other mac-guys out there. :smiley:
