I bought this mixer Yesterday and when i connect to the computer with the usb cable, the windows recognize it, but not the mixpad.
i did Firmware Update from Usb dongle and still don’t recognize…
what should i do?

You don’t say what type of device you are using, but if on iPad:
On the iPad: In the iPad settings, go to Privacy and Security → Local Network - is the MixPad app toggled to allow/on?
No ipad
The cq is connected with the usb (usb b) to the computer (pc windows 11)….
Hi Daniel,
To connect Mixpad, you’ll need a network connection. The USB is for carrying audio only.
Please connect via the ethernet port or attach a router/access point to the ethernet port and then connect wirelessly to that.
