I’ve been using my CQ20 for a while now and today when I booted it up all settings were missing. No Factory scenes, shows or Quick Start.. I had a USB backup from a saved show that would not load. I’ve tried the Hard Reset 4 times following every step from Allen Heath. I determined it might be corrupted Firmware. I downloaded 1.22 from A&H. I formatted my USB stick to Fat32 on my computer OSX Mavericks and inserted it into the CQ. The CQ does not recognize it, so I took a photo of the CQ Info and it shows mostly no information. It seems there are problems beyond what I can do. Does anyone have any suggestion on next steps please. Thank you,
The first thing to check is…have you accidentally connected to Demo mode? Click the “power” button in the top left, log out and then reconnect to your mixer - make sure you select the CQ-20B from the list and don’t select Demo or Other. (unless you typically use other)
