CQ mixpad connection troubleshooting

hello, I have an issue with connecting my iPad with CQ 18T, iOS 18.7.5 have on this iPad. another iPad PRO have a iOS 17.1.10, and it is working fine. I was trying through an external wifi router and a resolution is the same… can you help me? or is done, that newest iOS is not working with this app?

I have heard about issues with the latest IOS.

Have you checked your security settings?
I read that you might need to grant permission under “Privacy and Security - Local Network - CQ MixPad”.
