# CQ Mixpad, takes long to find mixer

Hello, my QQ Mixpad takes 1,5 to 2 minutes to show up te mixer, is there a way to make this faster ?

Which model CQ? The 12 with a router or the 18 or 20 with onboard wifi?

i have the cq18t and have also noticed more of a lag for my ipad to see it… just using the cq built in wifi… context is in the same control room

Thank you. I’m using a CQ12T together with a TP-Link AX1500 set to a fixed channel. That has improved the connection time a little, but it still takes quite a while before the mixer appears.
