So is ANYONE using OSM with their CQ? (for FFT)
Really don’t want another piece of equipment to hall around.
I have 2 different mics to choose from. USB or Phantom Powered.
@fcwc - I am just about to start experimenting with this, so I can report back on my experience.
I would swear the first time I hooked it up I could see the CQ18s multiple channels within OSM. The next time - just 1 and 2 …
So got it working again.
First the USB Mic via laptop is OUT. Not sure why that doesn’t work.
So after creating a NEW workspace its working. (again)
Some oddities -
Once I turn the generator ON, I have to use the USB channel MUTE button because if the Generator is turned OFF I get a solid high pitched BUZZ. Again this only starts after the Generator is initially turned ON.
The other is that I have to have Generator set to Ch 1 and 2 (or all) less I get nothing out of my sub woofers. (2 way system) - The subs run on SUM out of 1 and 2. So maybe generator isnt mono over spectrum? Weird.
SO not convinced this is working correctly.
Due to not being able to see the multiple channels of the CQ. So cant assign specific channel mic is on. Get weird digital noise artifacts when pushing volumes.
