CQ18T Headphone Jack to Live Stream, Which Cable should I use for stereo out?

I’ve been using the USB-B slot from our lovely CQ18T for a while but due to its low level, I’ve decided to switch and use an audio interface for live broadcasting for our congregation. We are using all 6 auxes as an IEM, therefore headphone jack seems like our option as of now.

I have tried using TRS-XLR (just like the one we use for our IEM) and it sounds off. (probably due to phase I figured since all I could hear is very distinct sound of piano with no vocals)
So, which cable should I use? TS - XLR? or. 2 TSs - a single XLR (Y-cable)? or just 2 TS-XLR Cable separately from the headphone output - Audio interface to receive the stereo signals? Thank you ever so much.

Oh one more Q. I thought the Usb-B port supplies a Stereo sound, not mono. I checked my YouTube livestream with a flux analyzer and it told me it’s a mono! Can someone please explain? What did I miss…

TRS to 2 x XLR or 2 x TS

The Headphone is unbalanced stereo, where the inputs in the interface most likely is balanced mono.

That the USB is mono is most likely due to a patching error sending the same output to both sides (or you are simply mixing in mono  )
