Hi
I own a CQ20B audio interface, and I am experiencing some challenges while recording. When using the interface, I am unable to listen from the headphone-out to multiple tracks simultaneously. As I record, I lower the master output, but I only want to monitor through the headphone jack. However, I would like to configure the outputs in my DAW to use separate channels so that I can mix the output levels for monitoring purposes to my musicians. Currently, whenever I select a different channel for listening, the previous channel gets deselected. This means I have to set the same digital output channel for every track in my DAW. Is there a way to resolve this issue?
Additionally, I’ve noticed that after some time of recording with the CQ20B, there is significant input monitoring latency. Even after enabling the “Low Latency Monitoring Mode” in my DAW, the problem persists, making it difficult to use the mixer effectively as a recording sound interface.
I would appreciate any advice or solutions you might have!
Best regards,
Claes-Philip
