Crack in the PAFL monitor at the start of the surface

Hello,
we has the dLive in a fixed installation. The power supply for all components (Surface, MixRack and active monitors) is switched-on at the same time. With start to the surface there is, at the moment if switched-on the LED strip of the surface, a loud crack in the monitor (IEMs PAFL). With the other outputs (main, groups, aux etc.) does not happen apparently. I test this, however, once more.
Is this a failure? From the GLD with similar configuration I do not know this behaviour.
