Has anyone had success controlling third-party devices that require HTTP messages?

I am attempting to add a simple on/off button to our control panel for power sequencing. I’ve done this in other platforms (Symetrix, QSys, Crestron, Ross Dashboard, etc.) with no issue. After 4 hours of beating my head against a wall, trying everything I can think of, I’ve had enough of trying this on my own.

Help would be appreciated.

Might have to do something like a GPIO output.
