Dante recording noise problem

Hello,

I have a noise problem in my record with the dante soundcart.

My config : IDR 32, a Dante, a macbook (i5) pro with a ssd hd and i’m recording with Logic.

In my record, I have a regular numeric “click” in every channels.

There’s more click in the empty or low signals channels.

If somebody could help me.

Had this kind of thing with Dante before It was my fault, turned out to be a Clock Sync problem, please make sure the master and slave clocks are set up correctly on each device so the all work in sync.

Admittedly I only use Dante for feeding the PA but I guess it applies to recording just the same.

I will try this solution.

Clock needs to be set up no matter the application.

On Dante Controller:

Set the iDR32 Dante as Slave to external sync. That should solve your issue

Hello,

I have a new noise problem on my records with the IDR and Dante configuration.

I have a lot of numéric click on a lot of channels, (not all) at the same time.

The noise start at 480 hz

I use the same mac for recording and for the IDR control, maybe is the problem, but I don’t know why…
