DAW control problem

Hi a quick thanks to Kieth for his recent stream on daw control
My system
SQ6 windows 10 Presonus Studio one 3 Professional
I can only communicate with daw control via tcip no communication through sq midi ports
No communication with daw except faders 20 to 24 control pan

Do you still have this problem after watching Keith’s Video? I got it to work on a Mac running Studio One Professional Ver 4.
