Diff processing for running both IEM and FOH

Our primary use is as an IEM mixer with a splitter to FOH, but, we occasionally run our own sound while still using the IEM’s. Is there a way to process each channel differently as it sends to both the IEM’s (outputs 1-6) and to the Master LR? The EQ/processing that the room needs is sooo different than what’s needed in the Ears. I read about an SQ solution, but don’t understand how/if i can do the same on the CQ?

Unfortunately, also with the CQ, it’s not possible to adjust the processing of a channel separately for its different mixes.
You could at most experiment with splitting each source externally into at least two inputs, as you can do internally and much more conveniently with the SQ.
But that won’t be as much fun here.

However, you shouldn’t adjust the room adaptation with the channel processing of each input channel, but rather centrally with the output channel processing.
This approach could solve your problem without requiring additional channels.
