I found that sometimes when activating the DCA spill via soft key when a DCA is already selected, it moves said DCA channel all the way to the right, while clearing the rest of the channels in that bank, and then back to normal when the soft key is disengaged. Other times, when the spill option is already engaged, and the mix button on the DCA is pressed, it performs normally, keeping everything on the master bank unaffected. Am I missing something?

Yes, but only if you push the mix key on a DCA first. My point was that it’s inconsistent, based on the order in which you activate it.
