I’m new with MIDI interfaces, and wanted to know how
to stream my drums into multitrack recording on my QU16

Not sure I understand the question.

Are you playing real drums, electric drums or are they a midi track on some sort of sequencer?

The QU-16 can not turn a midi signal into sound.

My electric drum is an Alesis DM10 studio, and your point is
QU-16 can not turn a midi signal into sound, so how best
can I setup my studio

Do you want to just record your DM10 kit in your studio or do you want to play and record live shows?

And happy new year.
I would like to use the DM10 kit for both, do life takes of DM10 14 tracks. Leaving the 2 monos, st1, st2 and st3 for vocals guitars and keyboard.
Playback the dry multitracks over the board’s Gate, Comp, PEQ and FX as master for live gigs or promos

I imagine this is possible on the QU-16

DM 10 only has stereo out with 2 additional Aux out

The mixer (Qu-16) just mixes audio signals, not MIDI
MIDI

it makes no sense to record aready recorded drums on separated tracks again
DM 10 is a sample player with trigger inputs
recording the stereo sum of the toms cymbals and percussion
with separated tracks for kick and snare would be the most common way to do this.
Than you have enough tracks left for backing vocals and acoustic guitar or saxophone…
or what else you will record
