Happy Holidays to all –

Under which circumstances might I rely on the digital trim control?

I understand that this is a pretty basic question, but I’ve never asked anyone about it.

if you have two iLive’s connected one for FOH and one for Monitors then you set the analogue gain using one surface then lock them and use the digital trim on both surfaces to adjust gain so as not to interfere with the other surface, or if you have a digital source connected then you will get the digital trim control + and - 24dB not the usual analogue gain control.

Think that is about it, just works no drama as you would expect from these systems. Hope this helps.
