Is it possible no work with only the surface on the C1500? exempel, you just need 4 inputs on the backside?

No. The processing is done in the mixrack, not the console. The console is simply a control surface.
Thanx for info. But can it work only with Allen & Heath DX168/X and C1500, or you need Mixrack?

As Art stated, all the processing is in the mixracks only! DX units are for additional inputs only, they are no mixrack…
