DLive Touchscreen Display Issue

I’m experiencing an issue where after the bootup my screen shows green vertical lines and looks fuzzy in resolution. The bootup script looks fine as I turn on the DLive. It is only after the bootup script that I start experiencing issues with the splash screen. Audio is unaffected by this issue. I’ve unplugged IEC Power and cycled several times without any luck. Any suggestions?

Current Settings:
DLive S3000
DLive DM32
Dante Cards in both devices
Latest Firmware: V1.96 on both MixRack + Surface

I just recently had this issue on one of my S7000 surfaces. Had the supplier come up and they reseated on of the ribbon cables for the screen. They said there was a few that weren’t seated properly. Problem hasn’t happened again since.

Thanks! I ended up sending in for an RMA (really expensive unfortunately). Good to know if I experience this is the future, its an easy fix. Thanks!
