DMO Failed to program DSP’s after rackultra fx card installation

As title says. Added the fx card, reboot, then problems. I get the error message on boot, when surface doesn’t fully recognize DMO.

Tried removing card, still same error messages. Won’t connect to surface and “ready” light doesn’t come on.
Switched back to 1.9a firmware, still didn’t solve.
Tried dip switch on “1” and reboot, but no dice.
Have emailed support. It’s so frustrating how you have to wait for an email, and they respond “whenever”.

Anyone else have this problem or know of a solution?

Surface-ERROR: ConnectionFailed-SCFST_STAGEBOX_HARDWARE_FAILURE: 13

Which firmware is the surface on?

2.0. And DM0 is on 2.0. I was able to revert both back to 1.9A, but that didn’t fix it either.
