DNA Issue after repair

Hi Guys,

Just a quick question to the A&H Guys…as I couldn’t find after searching…
Ive just got my SQ6 back from repair (new main board) so my DNA has obviously changed, and so plugins won’t auth on the desk, who do I get to sort this the web shop or AT guys ?
