dSNAKE to ADAT/AES3/S-PDIF "digital bridge" box

What would be nice is to have a rackmount or tabletop “bridging box” that speaks dSNAKE on one side and ADAT/AES3/SPDIF on the other so you could bring your digital devices into the Qu natively (saving an A/D-D/A stage.)

Considering that the dSNAKE protocol is a simple protocol (according to this post: dSNAKE Details), I’d bet it wouldn’t be too hard to implement.

I would love to have AES output at the
AR2412 near the stage, if i missed something in my manual please tell me how. because I have to run a separate cable from the mixer right now
to hook up to my DBX Venue speaker processor
