DT168 dropping outputs

Has anyone encountered a problem where a DT168 block would have all mic inputs still working, but all outputs would stop working? Total reboot of the system was the only way to get outputs back to work.
This happened twice in one day, last time mid show.

What do the logs say? There should be a log with the DLive system and there is probably a Dante log (in Dante Controller) as well.

Dante controller wasn’t running @ the time, afterwards we saw a device “0004C4109CE4” (closed network so only DM0 + 2x DT168 in the network) being elevated to master for a second, exactly five minutes later the same device took over again for a sec.
No idea if this has anything to do with it.
Kinda pitty there are no real warnings on the surface like with the DX168 being disconnected.
One really has to go and look in to the I/O page to see if dante is connected, or am I missing something?

That’s why Dante controller exists. Audinate introduced Dante controller as the main control application for the entire network.

You can replace it with Dante Domain Controller.

DC has it’s need, but A&H chose to do a very passive integration with Dante compared to other consoles & manufacturers.

They have access to clock settings, subscription status, device name and output names. It doesn’t necessarily help detecting subscription issues on a remote device (DT168) but they could absolutely enhance the integration signifcantly.
