If you are using Modular MixRacks with an EtherSound card in the top slot (port-A) of the RAB in the Slave Rack, then you need to pay attention to the ES card routing setup (maybe that ES card was used in port-B before?) Connect EtherSound Monitor program to the cards and check the signal flow for 64 channels in each direction.
